Discovery and Business Case Development
RazorEdge strategists will conduct applicable interviews with employees, vendors and customers involving workflow, technology and competitive analysis for new and existing XR Channel based solutions. Our team conducts feasibility analysis and will work with key leadership to prepare a comprehensive opportunity definition, and Cost/ROI justification. Solution Ideation and Concepting
RazorEdge works side by side with our client partners to weave corporate messaging and marketing themes into compelling stories. We lead ideation sessions and develop mood and story boards that inform the formal design process for a given Virtual or Augmented Reality experience. We draw upon the experience of web, mobile, game and film design and development in creating character narratives. We leverage best in breed tool sets borrowed from the worlds of web/mobile user interface design as well as visual effects storyboarding for 3D game and film animation.
RazorEdge will provide formalized management of the XR experience pipeline, including maintenance of an experience backlog complete with formalized scenarios, business requirements, and acceptance criteria for the delivery of key functional areas and interactivity built into the experiences. Managing the XR experience pipeline requires formal systems to track parallel work streams across. We leverage tried and true agile project management and VFX pipeline management suites like Azure DevOps and FTrack.
XR Experience Development
Continuous improvement and enhancement of the existing Virtual and Augmented Reality applications are necessary to stay ahead of the maturity curve for Extended Reality hardware and software. We understand that larger projects inevitably require formal budgetary processes but this should not slow down smaller projects, micro pilots or experience enhancements that arise throughout the course of a business year.
